I'll walk you through why this is an important concept, why repressing our feelings can lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms, how to identify your true emotions, and ways you can give your feelings a voice and allow them expression.

Kerry is the founder of the Academy of Well-Being, a collection of online courses designed to help people positively transform their lives, particularly for those struggling with how to successfully recover from addiction or reclaim their lives from other self-destructive habits. She is an adjunct college professor teaching courses in English Literature, Business Communications, Writing, and other topics.
Kerry conducts in-person workshops on a variety of topics from personal growth and development to business topics, such as connected leadership and well-being at work.
