I'll walk you through why this is an important concept, the power of knowing your true self underneath as fundamentally good, and how to fully accept your self and reintegrate your lost parts for a more complete and whole you.

Kerry is the founder of the Academy of Well-Being, a collection of online courses designed to help people positively transform their lives, particularly for those struggling with how to successfully recover from addiction or reclaim their lives from other self-destructive habits. She is an adjunct college professor teaching courses in English Literature, Business Communications, Writing, and other topics.
Kerry conducts in-person workshops on a variety of topics from personal growth and development to business topics, such as connected leadership and well-being at work. She is available for private coaching. She also shares well-being principles on her instagram channel @principlesofwellbeing. She lives in Encinitas, CA, has two children, and is also an artist.
