In this mini-course, I cover how to build and feed your self love. I'll walk you through why this is an important concept, what is self-love, how to nurture and develop it, and why feeding it is so important to building a strong sense of personal well-being in your life.

This mini-course includes videos, reading assignments, and some individual work for you to do to apply the lessons learned in your life. This mini-course is part of a larger curriculum, that covers principles of well-being and happiness in more detail. She is an adjunct college professor teaching courses in English Literature, Business Communications, Composition, and other topics. She also works for Fortune 500 companies building and managing corporate education programs.
